Camp
So, I've been at camp for about a month now. As most of you know it gets very, very tiring and everyones in everyones business but that's kinda expected with camp. Anyway, camp is good. I'm in a dicipleship training program for junior staff, it's called konduit. It's 15 and 16 years olds that work in the kitchen, dining room and two are maintenance. Besides working we have devotions, that we ourselves lead in the mornings, then in the afternoons we have an hour meeting, that varies every day. Andthen a meeting most nights, except for opening and sunday nights (campfire.) I love it most of the time. THe only thing is that you live, work, and learn with the same people everyday! The konduits are lead by Mrs.Stoops and Paul Dymott. It's great! This week we went bowling and to Dairy Queen and we have been to lazer tag and the mall and Walmart (haha) already. Aswell as learning loads about ourselves and about others and ofcoarse about God. I was sitting in one konduit meeting one day and thinking to myself, these are the future leaders of the Salvation Army. Crazy right? I was sitting and listening to everyone's opinion and thinking wow this is my generation! It's exciting and scary to think that in a couple years we will be making life changing decisions and all that! Woah! Anyway please keep star lake camp in your prayers. Aswell as Paul Dymott because he is having some issues with his visa and he may get deported and well, konduit would NOT be the same ever again if he left! WE all love him so much and we would be soo sad to see him go! So also keep in your prayers my brother Tim. I recieved a text message from my sister saying that my brother ripped his tricep and he is in alot of pain, it brought him to tears and he is not one to cry, so yeah. Anway I'm really sorry that I have to cut it short but we only have soo much time on the computer!
