Memorial Day
Happy Memorial Day everyone! I decided I should write an entry today! I had to march in my town's parade today.I wasn't too excited considering I had to be at my school by 9 (in the morning!) on my ONE day off! Ughh. Anyway we had to wear our huge heavy uniforms in like 90 degree weather! Allright maybe it wasn't 90 but it sure felt like it! On a better note, the Ditmer's came over for a bbq today...It was fun.. the only thing missing was my Dad and Chris :( I miss them soo much. Chris is coming home tomorrow..but my Dad is going to visit with my Grandma so he won't be back till Friday! ahhh he needs to come home now!
This is my schedule for the next couple of weekends
This weekend from Friday thru Sunday I'm working at Women's camp, for the A.V, At the best camp in the WORLD, Star Lake.
The next weekend from Thursday-Sunday, I'm working for the Territorial A.V. For Commissioning! yess...finally! I'm soo excited and not just because it's at Hershey Park (although that does add to the excitement) but because I get to see everyone and I actually know allot of Cadet's being Commissioned. I'm really nervous for them.
The weekend after that are sadly enough the farewell's of those who are leaving, Captain and Major Roberts :( and Chaz :( and the welcome of the cadet for the Summer!
Andthen...I'm off to the best camp in the world, Star Lake, for the WHOLE SUMMER! It's a dream come true! Finally! I'm soo excited, incase you can't tell. All my life (literally) I have been to that camp and dreamed of the day I could work there. And now it's hear. Wow that sounds really cheesy, but it's true!
